• Features and performance
• 1.As a combination of shutting-off,throttle & checking functions,it can be installed at the pump outlet to replace the three valves,i.e.,Globe valve,throttle valve and check valve,realizing the three functions in a single valve.
• 2.It can be usea as the conduit automatic balance distribution valve.Once the initial flow rate is setup,there is no need to adjust the valve later for keeping the pre-set flow rate because of pump stop or re-start.
• 3.The disc automatically shuts off upon the pump stop for quickly stopping flow with smooth closing and with no water hammer.
• 4.Long time no use or for repair,for the sake of safety,it is recommended to tighten the stem to the maximum extent to support the disc for use as one stop valve.

• JLH Fuireproof multi functional valve with shutting-off,throttle and checking functions combines the advantages of the traditional globe valve,throttle valve and check valve.
• 1.Shutting-off function:when the inlet conduit stops its supply or an overhaul occurs,the stem can be rotated clockwise to drive the disc toward the seat for closing the valve in order to sustain the outlet pressure without leakage.
• 2.Throttle function:in order to assure that the valve outlet resches the designed pressure and flow rate,the stem can be rotated clockwise to decrease the pressure and flow rate or counterclockwise to increase the pressure and flow rate,thus performing its flow regulation function,meanwhile the stem can be rotated for a fine adjustment according to the scale on the stem and on the front and back valve pressure gauges.(For a safe transportation,usually the pressure gauges are not attached Please indicate in the contract if they are needed.)
• 3.Checking function:for a temporary shutdown or stopping pressure supply,in order to protect the conduit system from damages by flow back of the fluids and to sustain the outlet pressure,the valve spring will drive the disc to close long before a back flow impact is formed by the fluid behind the valve,thus effectively preventing a water hammer impact.
• 4.Throughway type and angled type interchangeable:if the throughway type needs to be changed into an angled one,the user only needs to remove the bolts connecting the inlet and outlet valve body portions,and rotate the two valve body portions by 1800.(Please in dicate in the contract if the interchangeable function or hte screw or the screw bores of pressure gauge 11AB is required).
