• 1.PZQ pneumatic discharging valve (half ball vlave )is mainly using for the pipeline for coal powder and ash supply system in power plant,metallurgy,and cemet industry.It works as the circulation and cut-off device.
• 2.With hemisphere shaped valve disc,when the valve opening,the passage area will be full bore,the medium can pass through the passage without any obstacles.
• 3.The rubber seal ring with flexible shrinkage and expansion function.When the valve opening,the seal ring shrinking makes less friction with the disc.When the valve closing,the seal ring expending makes fully contact with the disc.
• 4.Metal retaining ring can protect the rubber seat ring free from the medium abrasion.The special treated disc surface can stand high abrasion so makes the product service life longer.
• 5.Pneumatic actuated operation can realize the valve remote control and autonomous control.

• PZQ pneumatic discharging valve (half ball valve)is mainly using for the popeline for coal powderand ash supply system in power plant,metalllurgy,and cement industry.It works as the circulation and cut-off device.In the power plant ash removal system,we usually transport the ash to the appointed are by steam.When the charging spout filled with a certain volume of ash,we can open the PZQ valve,and the ash falling by the gravity.When PZQ valve closed,the steam in the pipeline will transfer the ash and the ash will not flow back to the charging spout.

• Open-close without friction
• When the valve closed,the compressed air will fill into the rubber seal ring from the small air vent on the retaining ring.The air expanding the rubber seal ring and making full contact with the disc,realize the full tight sealing function.When the valve received the open signal,the compressed air in the seal ring will be discharged and rubber seal ring shrinking itself,the seal face will apart from the disc,after then the valve opened by the disc turn 90 degrees.

• Valve structure and working principle
• The valve assembled with body,disc,shaft,rubber seal ring,retaining ring,crank,yoke,air cylinder,and control valve etc.
• The hemisphere shaped vale disc firmed on the body by two-piece stems.
• One valve stem connected with the air cylinder by the crank,and the air cylinder makes the valve disc turn 90 degree to close the valve.
• The rubber seal ring is in hollow shape,and firmed on the valve body by retaining ring.The retaining ring with the small air vent can be filled with the compressed air;it makes the seal ring expended to a certain range and then forming a good tightness.The hemisphere shaped disc and the two-piece stem structure can make a full-bore passage to avoid the particle and ash stonred in the valve.The valve open and close only need the disc turn 90 degrees,so the operation speed is fast.

• The disc surface with hard chrome plated can avoid the ash erosion and abrasion.The rubber seal ring on valve body protected by the retaining ring van be free from the medium abrasion and disc friction to prolong the valve service life.This valve operation can be pnematic actuated,hydraulic actuated,electrical actuated,and manual operated.
