• 1.The valve is applied to parallel generator sets.The valve will shut immediately as the accident happens,which prevents the steam and condensed water flowing back and destroying the sets.
• 2.YKD Seroes valve employ hydraulic spring and QYKD Sseries adopt hydraulic accumlator actuators,all the two series valve can close fasr within0.5-1 second.
• 3.The two series valve have cushioning devices control water hammer in the closing travel last 3^o,which can avoid the service lives of the valves.
• 4.Wit triple offset (tri-eccentric )structure,the(Q)YKD valve open and close easily,and zero leakage is guaranteed.

• (Q)0.5s Electro-hydraulic actuator fasr closing valve
• At present,the steam -extraction heat supply turbine system can simultaneously satisfy the need for both hear and power and therefore is widely used,especially in the integrated heat supply system in middle or large cities.
• During the load discharging in the heat supply unit or the combined steam supplying of adjacent units,a great deal of steam will flow back into the turbine,resulting an over-acceleration if the valve cannot close tightly and quickly enough.Presently,electric actuator shut-off butterfly valves and check valves are installed in the steam extraction conduits in some heat supply units.However,electric actuator shut-off butterfly valves take quite a long time to close and can only work for cutting off the steam source;check valves cannot close fast enough (with general ls closing time).Once failures occur,the check vlave will not effectively prevent steam and condensate from flowing back and cause the turbine out speed and/or the turbine leaves and the conduits be damaged.In order to solve such problems,an additional fast closing valve is provided at the steam extraction spot in the conduit near the main machine,which is usually an expensive imported product.Our valve assumes the main functions of imported shut-off valves with better performance,substantially prolonging the servise life by means of damping device with a price 41% lower as compared to the imported similar valves (See Figure 1 of the installation site for details).

• The YKD line employs a hydraulic -spring actuator and the QYKD line employs hydraulic accumulator,When opening,the pressurized oil is forced into the cylinder and pushes the piston to rotate the stem to open the valve.When a breakdown happens in the heat and electricity supply system,an electric or hydraulic signal will be transmitted to the valve actuator which will close the valve by the spring or accumulator wothin 0.5S to effectively protect the turbin and conduit equipments from a back flow of steam and condensate at the end of the turbine. At the same time ,a damping device operates in the last 3 degrees of the closing travel in order to protect the seal face from the damage of inertia impact (See the Actuator & Damping device l 11ustration :Figure 2).

• With the metal triple eccentric structure,the (Q)YKD valves have successfully solved the problems of scratching at the seal faces in traditional valves in the 0~10o travel when opening.The seal faces will separate instantly when being opened and seal when closed,and the instantaneous frictional torque force is greatly decreased,resulting a long service life,an easy operation and zero leakage (See Figure3).
